As a client of EMM, you agree to:

- Maintain active and compliant licensing for all mortgage products you originate
- Respond to leads and booked appointments in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and provincial regulations governing mortgage lending and advertising
- Not use our services to engage in any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity
5. Results and Performance
While we strive to deliver high-quality leads and measurable results, EMM does not guarantee specific loan volumes, closing rates, income levels, or return on investment. Results vary based on market conditions, product availability, geographic area, loan officer experience, and individual effort.
Any case studies, testimonials, or performance metrics shared on our website or marketing materials represent individual client experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.
Performance guarantees, where applicable, are defined in individual client service agreements and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined therein.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are specified in your individual service agreement with EMM. By entering into a service agreement, you authorize EMM to charge the agreed-upon fees according to the specified schedule.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMM and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to EMM during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expert Mortgage Marketing and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
